The twelve Lake View Suites vary in size, from 600-750 square feet. These spacious accommodations feature a lounge area and comfortable king bed, as well as a writing desk by the window. Situated in the Main Lodge, The Lodge Suite (390 ft2) is a unique two room, two bath suite with garden and lake views. The master bedroom with king bed boasts a marble ensuite bath complete with a large spa bath and walk-in shower. The spacious Garden Deluxe Rooms (600ft2) overlook the gardens and the lake, with a private terrace for enjoying the view. The Vineyard Residence (390 ft2) is ideal for a family vacation or a group of friends traveling together. Set on its own 3-acre property, the recently remodeled Residence looks over a private lake and is a short walk from the Main Lodge and Cape Lodge Restaurant. The Residence features a large open-format lounge, entertainment and dining area with a full kitchen, including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The Master Suite includes two queen beds with a sitting area and flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite marble bathroom. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms feature king or twin beds, and there is an additional bathroom with a separate shower. There is a parking area for three cars, a laundry room, and a helicopter landing pad. A separate outdoor entertainment area with barbeque is perfect for afternoon grilling. Off of the main house is the Residence Guest House, which contains an additional bedroom and bathroom, as well as a sitting area. Available for 3 couples minimum, or up to 8 guests.
The Cape Lodge Restaurant is one of Mary River County’s most renowned restaurants, serving seasonal dishes made with local and regional ingredients, including produce from the kitchen’s own garden. Guests are invited to dine at the Restaurant for breakfast and dinner, choosing from an a-la-carte menu or electing a six-course chef’s tasting menu. A typical dinner menu might include globe artichokes & chevre, Mary River garlic & escargot, fresh seared snapper, or a pork belly & scallops dish. For a more casual lunch, guests can enjoy a Harvest Produce Platter in the Guest Lounge or in the comfort of their rooms.
