At El Questro Homestead, mealtime is just as spectacular as the surrounding views. Under the thoughtful direction of Executive Chef Alan Groom, dishes are carefully crafted with ingredients from the neighboring Ord River Valley and Western Australia’s coastlines. Guests are invited to choose their dining location, whether it is a romantic dinner under the stars, a picnic by the river, or breakfast on the Homestead’s verandah.
Each morning brings a new adventure, and with it, a different time for breakfast. Whether you need a quick bite before an excursion at the crack of dawn, or a late morning feast after an early bird watching adventure, breakfast at El Questro means sourdough bread baked daily, butcher-crafted smoked bacon, and ripe local fruits.
Lunch is served at a long table under a shady awning, where guests can exchange stories while enjoying a crisp Western Australian wine, free-range chicken, artisan bread and olive oil, and a salad piled with local produce. Irresistible homemade ice creams and sorbets might complete the meal.
Each night before dinner, guests of El Questro are invited to share pre-dinner cocktails and hors d’oeuvres at the Homestead bar. Dinner might take place under the stars or at a private location of your choosing. A daily three-course menu might feature Western Australian lamb, wild-caught barramundi, artisan cheeses, and specially made desserts. Pair your dinner with a regional favorite courtesy of the extensive wine menu.
With nearly one million acres of property, there is always something new to discover at El Questro Wilderness Park.
