The native Italian has lived in Australia since the 1960’s, combining the fresh produce of Australia with the flavors of Italy. Chef Manfredi has received a number of prestigious awards, including the Italian International Culinary Institute for Foreigner’s trophy in 2002, presented by the Italian government. At Pretty Beach House, Chef Manfredi oversees the creation of daily, seasonal menus for every meal.
There are various options when it comes to dining at Pretty Beach House. For breakfast, lunch, or dinner, guests are welcome in the atrium dining room, with fresh juices, handmade yogurts, and homemade pastries for breakfast; antipastos and paninis or soups for lunch; and gourmet multi-course dinners, featuring risotto, slow-cooked meats, and elegant table settings. Each night before dinner, guests are invited to sunset canapés and cocktails while they learn about that night’s wines. Switch it up for lunch and take a picnic hamper out on the grounds, or enjoy a pizza from the wood-fired pizza oven by the pool. Bouddi Spa draws on the sacred energies of the land to create harmony of the mind and body. Following the Aboriginal tradition, the spa incorporates the four elements in each of its treatments with LI’TYA natural products. Enjoy a rhythmic Kodo massage or an Ancient Gubbera stone therapy treatment, each with a dessert salt footbath to start. A variety of hand and foot treatments are perfect after a long day of hiking. Remedial treatments are tailored to each client for a truly restorative experience. For our expectant mothers, there are several treatments to help relieve prepartum tension. The spa is located right in the Main House for effortless access to relaxation.
